The Research of the Cementing Annular Cement Paste Substitution Flow Mechanism

顶替效率是影响固井质量的重要因素,顶替过程中能否将残余泥浆完全顶替对固井质量有重要的影响,为了更好地了解和掌握水泥浆顶替效率降低而引起地下窜槽对粘砂套管固井质量的影响,从粗糙表面套管井的水泥浆的顶替效率角度出发,开展了粘砂套管顶替效率的理论与实验研究,以验证粘砂套管影响固井质量程度。

Substitution efficiency is an important factor of cementing quality. Whether can replace the residual mud completely has an important influence on the cementing quality during the process of substitution. For a better understand and master of the influence of adhesion sand casing cementing quality when decreasing the substitution efficiency of cement paste due to underground channeling, we develop the theoretical and experimental research of the adhesion sand casing substitution efficiency to prove the effect degree of cementing quality by the adhesion sand casing from the point of substitution efficiency of rough surface casing wells sement paste.
