摘要
大型油库做为原油接卸、储存、外输中转业务的重要储运设备,因原油具有的易燃易爆特性,因此在输油运行和生产施工中,安全管理尤为重要。本文介绍了大榭岛油库进行工艺管线改造工程的主要内容、危险分析及采取的安全管理措施,对大型油库在改扩建工程中的安全管理具有重要意义。
Large oil depot as the important storage and transportation device for unloading, storage and transportation, due to the flammable and explosive characteristics of crude oil, in oil transportation and production construction, the safety management is important. The article describe the main content, risk analysis and safety management measures of pipeline rebuilding project, which is significant to the safety management of rebuilding project of oil depot.
