摘要
近年来,我国上市公司的股利分配存在很多非理性行为,本文浅谈我国上市公司股利政策需要解决的问题,提出可行的解决措施。
In recent years, there are many irrational behaviors in dividend distribution of listed companies in our country. This article discusses the problems needed to be solved in dividend policy of listed companies in China, and feasible solutions are given.
