摘要
近年来变电站主网设备的运行维护单位的人员缺口不断增大,同时结构性缺员和冗员情况并存等现象日益严重,论文结合基层生产班组实际情况,就如何健全人才合理有序流动机制,解决基层目前存在的结构性缺员与冗员问题进行论述,提出一套基层班组岗位设置及人员流动优化方案。
In recent years, the operation and maintainance unit of substation main equipment is facing increasing personnel shortage, and at the same time, coexistence of structural vacancy and redundancy is becoming increasingly serious. This article discusses how to improve the mechanism of reasonable and orerly flow of talents, and solve the structural vacancy and redundancy, and proposes a set of programs about basic level team position setting and labor turnover optimization.
