摘要
根据Y银行个人业务量的统计,对个人业务类型进行分类,并应用于Y银行的个人业务办理流程中;结合IE意识和流程程序分析,对其流程进行优化改善,使其提高Y银行的服务效率、提高客服的满意度、节省时间。
This paper classifies personal business according to persional busineess statistics from Bank Y, applies the classification to the personal transaction process of Bank Y, and optimizes and modifies the process with the help of IE counciousness and process analysis to increase the service efficiency, improve the satisfaction of customer service, and save time.
