摘要
为了解决实验室传统的人工考核和繁琐的客户端记录,实现更为高效的绩效评估和考核,让实验教学质量进一步提高,依据学校的考核标准来实现考核系统的智能化,构建一个在线的实验室人员考核系统。
In order to solve the problems existed in traditional manual laboratory assessment and the tedious client-side record, to achieve more efficient performance evaluation and assessment and to furtherly improve the experimental teaching quality, this paper aims to build an online laboratory personnel assessment system and achieve assessment system intelligentization according to the school assessment standard.
