近年来,经济的高速增长带来了日趋严峻和复杂的环境污染问题,环境管理形势不容乐观。传统的环保管理模式和管理方式已无法满足环境保护的实际需要,因此,利用高科技手段,将环境保护和信息化有机融合已成发展、进步的必然需求和必然抉择。和本文意在探索智能环保的建设与应用方法,实现对污染源的科技监管、环境影响的科学评估,促进企业达标排放,环境管理的科学决策,保障环境安全。

In recent years, the rapid economic growth has brought increasingly severe and complicated environment pollution. The environment management situation is not optimistic. Traditional environment protection management mode can＇t meet the actual needs any more. So the organic integration of environment protection and informationization by using high technology has become the inevitable requirement and necessary choice for development and progress. This article aims to explore the construction and application method of intelligent environment protection, thus realising technological supervision of pollution resources and scientific assessment of environment influence, promoting enterprises＂ discharge with standards and scientific decision-making, and ensuring safety of environment.
