摘要
本试验通过擦洗、脱泥、调浆、浮选等工序可将二氧化硅微细粉体中SiO2 含量从 99.1 %提高到 99.77%左右 ,相应地Fe2 O3含量从 0 .0 81 %下降到 0 .0 1 4 %~ 0 .0 2 3% ,产率为 33%~ 85% ,表明该工艺能显著改善二氧化硅微细粉体的品质。
The paper has presented SiO_2 purifying method based on scrubbing,removing mud,adjusting slurry and flotation processing,and products are tested.Test results show that SiO_2 in fine powder can be increased from 99.1% to 99.77%,Fe_2O_3 can be decreased from 0.081% to 0.014%~0.023%,and recovery is 33%~85% correlatively.Simultaneously,data also show that quality of SiO_2 fine powder can be improved markedly.
