职业教育是科技转化为生产力的桥梁和纽带。基于对学生职业技能应用能力的培养,职业院校应当实施产学研相结合,其重点体现在构建开放的实践教学体系,进行内培外联,开放办学。

Vocational education is a bridge and a link to change the science and technology into the productive forces. Based on the students＇ vocational skills training and application ability, the colleges should carry out to compound producing, teaching and scientific researching, which mainly reflects on building the open practice teaching system, and conducting not only cultivating inside the colleges and contacting with the outside world, but also openly running the colleges.
