摘要
本文针对当前部队管理面临的新情况新问题,简析了军校学员执行力培养的新要求,探讨了军校学员执行力培养的主要内容,提出了培养军校学员执行力的主要途径。
Aiming at the new situation and new problems in the troops management, this paper analyzes the new requirements of military academy students＇ execution culture, probes into the main content of military academy students＇ execution culture, proposed the main ways to cultivate military academy students＇ execution.
