The Protection and Development of the Historical Ancient Towns in New Rural Construction

随着我国全国范围内的新农村建设,历史文化名镇的保护与发展工作也放在了首要的位置。本文指出了在新农村建设背景下,历史古镇保护与发展中所存在的问题。并且提出了如何更好的保护历史文化遗产的方法和策略。其中包括先保护后建设,建立教育培训系统,建立网络融资渠道、对古镇分块规划保护以及新农村建设与历史古镇保护与发展的有机结合五个方面。希望能对今后历史古镇的健康持续发展有所帮助。

As new rural is developing in china nationwide scale, the protection and development of the historical and cultural towns is placed into priority. Under the background of the new rural construction, this paper points out the problems of protection and development in historical towns, and puts forward the methods and strategies on how to better care for the historical and cultural heritage, including five aspects： preservation before being built, establishing education and training system, establishing the network financing channels, auto-subdividing as well as protection and planning of the towns, the organic combination of new rural construction and protection and development of historical towns. We hope that it is good for healthy and continuous development of the historical towns in the future.
