建筑工业化装配式混凝土结构的关键技术

On key technique for prefabricated concrete structures of architectural industrialization

结合建筑工业化工程实践,对装配式混凝土结构设计的选型、构件的拆分与布置及构造要求进行了论述,并对构件制作的反打工艺、复合夹心工艺、节点和接缝处的连接等关键技术问题进行了分析和讨论,以期使装配式混凝土结构在建筑工业化大潮中发挥更大的作用。

Combining with the practice of the architectural industrialized projects, the paper indicates the types, the splitting of the components, the requirements for the allocation and structures of the prefabricated concrete structure, and analyzes and discusses the key techniques, including the reverse craft, the composite sandwich craft, the joints, and pitch points of the manufacturing of components, so as to exert the large role of the prefabricated concrete structure in the architectural industrialization.
