摘要
采用铁屑和活性碳预处理头孢菌素类抗生素制药废水,通过正交试验考察了水力停留时间、V(Fe)∶V(C)、处理废水的体积、pH值四个因素对COD去除效率的影响。结果表明,以COD去除率为评价指标时,对COD去除影响程度排序为:处理废水的体积>水力停留时间>V(Fe)∶V(C)>pH值。
The scrap iron and activated carbon is used for pretreatment of the cephalosporins antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater, the influent of hydraulic retention time, the ratio of scrap iron to activated carbon, volume of wastewater and pH value were investigated by orthogonal test. The results show that the influence order is volume of wastewater 〉 reaction time 〉 the ratio of scrap iron to activated carbon 〉 pH value when the evaluating is COD removal efficiency.
