This paper introduced the characteristics of basic principle of magneto-electricity and magneto-elastic cable forcer intelligent monitoring system, analyzed the calibration data of sensor cable factory and the data in cable installation process, pointed out that the magnetic flux sensor tested cable forcer based on magneto-elastic effect measurement was a non-destructive, non-contact measurement method, which could be used for long-term monitoring of construction monitoring and operation period.
