摘要
简要介绍了EPC总承包项目施工阶段费用控制的重要性,对目前EPC总承包项目施工阶段费用控制存在的问题进行了归纳,提出了做好施工阶段费用控制的若干措施,以实现企业利润的最大化。
This paper briefly introduced the significance of cost control of EPC general contract project in construction stage, summarized the present problems of cost control of EPC general contract project in construction stage, put forward several measures to do well costs control in construction stage, in order to achieve the profit maximization.
