摘要
在决策过程中,由于掌握的数据资料不够充分,或者存在专家经验等主观因素,会遇到大量的不确定性信息.因此,可靠性是模糊的,用模糊数来描述可靠度比较合理.针对这一情况,应用模糊数学理论,将水平截集法、模糊综合评判法和优化方法三者结合起来,提出了一种模糊优化决策方法,对系统的可靠性进行分析和决策.
During the process of policy-making, there is plenty of fuzzy and indefinite information, so it's difficult to deal with them in formal ways. Aiming at this problem, we use the fuzzy theory and combine the horizontal cutting-set and fuzzy synthetic judge methods with optimization method. Finally,a new fuzzy optimization method is presented here to analyse the reliability of the system.
