基于改进的Snake算法分割MRI肝脏图像

摘要 为了辅助医生对患病部位的诊断和治疗,用Snake算法自动提取MRI腹部图像的肝脏组织.利用改进的Snake算法对MRI腹部肝脏图像进行自动分割,并和专业医学影像医生手工分割的MRI肝脏相对比.结果表明:改进的Snake算法自动分割的MRI肝脏图片与专业医学影像医生手工分割的MRI肝脏图片,结果非常接近.从而得出改进的Snake模型分割MRI肝脏图像是可行的,为后期的计算机辅助诊断和治疗起到了重要的作用. In order to assist doctors to diagnose and treat the sick parts,we use Snake algorithm to extract the abdominal MRI image of liver tissue. The improved Snake algorithm for automatic segmentation is very close to the doctor's manual segmentation of liver MRI image. Our conclusion is that the improved Snake model segmentation of liver MRI image is feasible,and it will play an important role for later computeraid- ed diagnosis and treatment.
