摘要
平面圆钢管K型搭接节点是钢管结构节点主要形式之一,国内外对圆钢管K型搭接相贯节点隐藏焊缝焊接与否对节点承载力的影响研究相对较少,我国现行钢结构设计规范对此也未作明确要求.为了了解圆钢管K型搭接节点的隐藏焊缝焊接对节点极限承载力的影响,利用ANSYS有限元法分析了搭接节点隐藏焊缝在焊与不焊2种不同焊接方式下的受力性能.总结了支主管直径比、主管径厚比、支主管壁厚比以及内隐藏焊缝焊接状况等因素对节点极限承载力的影响,以供工程设计人员参考.
The planar K-joint is one of the main forms of the steel tubular structure nodes. However,few studies are made at home and abroad about the influence of overlapped CHS K-joints on the bearing capacity of the node. No definite demands are made concerning the current design standards of steel structures in out country. Hence,by using the ANSYS software,we analyze the loading property of joints with hidden weld welded in two different ways. The influences of chord-to-brace diameter ratio, diameter-to-ply ratio and brace-to-chord ply ratio on the ultimate bearing capacity of joints are summerized to provide reference for engineering designers.
