摘要
通过实施有效的产业政策,日本战后在较短的时间内完成了产业升级,实现了经济高速增长。日本战后产业政策是实现宏观经济政策目标的有效手段,呈现出其决策机制科学合理、控制系统庞大、主要实施手段作用明显等特点。
After World War Ⅱ, in a short time industry upgrading had been accomplished and economy had increased at high speed by implementing industrial policy in Japan. Japanese industrial policy was a valid means of implementing macroeconomic policy goal, and was characteristic of scientific and rational decision-making mechanism, large control system, and an obvious effect of main means of implementation.
