摘要
大学生村官工作是党中央为建设美丽乡村提供智力和人才保证而作出的一项重大战略决策。但由于在"大学生村官"项目运作的准入环节、使用环节、流动环节等客观存在着诸多的问题和困惑,迫切需要各级相关部门健全大学生村官工作的规划、政策、体制,因学施用、人尽其才,合理设计准入;落实待遇、完善机制,加强使用管理;正确引导、科学评价,客观对待流失,确保大学生村官"下得去、待得住、干得好、流得动",使"大学生村官"在建设新农村的伟大实践中茁壮成长,在追求自身价值实现的过程中实现由一名大学生向有中国特色社会主义接班人的转变。
The project of Graduates' working as little village officials is a strategic policy of Party Central Committee to guarantee the intellectual and human resource support to build beautiful countryside. However, the "Little Village Officials" project is involved in multiple problems and confusions in the links of hiring, conducting and running, and the relevant departments are expected to make appropriate plans to perfect policy and working system so as to guarantee this project to be practiced, done well and adjusted. Government has to correctly use people with ability and develop the hiring process, strengthen management and wage system, evaluate the officials' flowing off objectively to make sure the "Little Village Officials" project grow healthily in the practice of building the new countryside and also let the officials fulfill the true change from college students to successors of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics through pursuit of personal values.
