292例严重复合型颌面眼耳鼻咽喉头颈外伤的临床分析

292 Severe Cases of Complex Maxillofacial Eye Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Trauma Clinical Analysis

目的:探讨严重的复合型颌面眼耳鼻咽喉头颈的临床特点、诊断、治疗方式及预后。方法:回顾分析2006-2011年笔者所在医院收治的292例严重的复合型颌面眼耳鼻咽喉头颈外伤患者的临床资料并进行总结。结果:患者均一期临床治愈,随诊1～18个月,无明显功能障碍和瘢痕畸形。结论:严重的复合型颌面眼耳鼻咽喉头颈外伤有很高的发生率,及时诊断并作出相应的手术等综合性治疗,患者预后良好。

Objective： To discuss the severe complex maxillofacial eye otorhinolaryngalogy head and neck ： clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Method： Retrospectively analysed of 2006-2011 treated 292 cases of severe complex maxillofacial eye otorhinolaryngology head and neck trauma patients and their clinical data were summarized. Result： The patients were clinical cure, 1-12 months follow up, no obvious dysfunction and scar deformity. Conclusion： Serious compound eye ear nose and throat and neck injury in maxillofaeial region with high incidence rate, timely diagnosis and make the corresponding operation and comprehensive treatment, the patients have good prognosis.
