稳定型心绞痛冠状动脉斑块结构与重构的关系

摘要 目的:探讨稳定型心绞痛冠状动脉斑块结构与重构的相关性。方法:选取笔者所在医院2010年6月-2012年6月收治的60例稳定型心绞痛患者,均分为负重构组和正重构组,依据管腔面积狭窄率分为轻中度狭窄组和重度狭窄组,回顾分析相关资料。结果:与负重构组比较,正重构组硬斑块较少,罪犯病变处管腔面积、血管外弹力膜(EEM)面积较大,斑块负荷较小,病变最大钙化弧度较小,重构指数(RI)较多,病变钙化长度较小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与轻中度狭窄组比较,重度狭窄组硬斑块较多,罪犯病变处管腔面积较小,斑块面积较大,斑块负荷较大,病变钙化长度较长,RI较小,负重构比例较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳定型心绞痛患者中,斑块钙化在重度管腔狭窄和负重构中占多数,除在轻中度管腔狭窄可见负重构外,严重狭窄病变中也有一定发生几率,可为临床治疗提供准确的参考依据。
