两种清洗方法对宫腔吸引管清洗质量的比较

The Comparison of Cleaning Quality of Two Methods for the Uterine Attraction Tube

目的:探讨两种不同清洗方法对妇产科宫腔吸引管的清洗质量,从而提高宫腔吸引管内壁的洁净度,保障医疗安全。方法:使用后的器械用中性多酶液浸泡+超声波清洗+手工刷洗和超声波清洗+全自动清洗机清洗,采用目测法及生物荧光技术对两种方法清洗妇科器械清洗质量监测比较。结果:实验组和对照组各检测器械108件,实验组清洗质量合格率为97.22%;对照组清洗质量合格率为66.67%。结论:实验组清洗方法其清洗质量远远好于对照组。

Objective： To explore the cleaning quality of two different cleaning methods to the uterine attraction tube, to improve intrauterine attract the cleanliness of the inner wall of the tube to protect the medical safety.Methods： By visual method and bioluminescence technology for the use of equipment with neutral multi-enzyme liquid immersion, ultrasonic cleaning, manual washing and ultrasonic cleaning, the cleaning automatic washing machine, to compare the cleaning quality for two methods cleaning the gynecological equipment monitoring.Results： 108 experimental group and the control group of the detection equipment, the experimental group, cleaning quality pass rate of 97.22 percent; cleaning quality of the control group pass rate of 66.67%.Concluslon： The cleaning method of experimental group is far better than the control group.
