摘要
国内高等医学院校医事法学专业经过十几年的探索,其复合型、应用型人才培养目标已得到认可。探究医事法学专业实践教学、分类实践教学方法以及影响分类实践教学效果的因素,是实践教学理论的深化及医事法学专业发展之必需。本文以医事法学人才培养目标为指引,探究专业实践技能培养之路径,以改变传统课堂理论教学为主的教学模式,实现学业全程导师制等多种教学方式的有机结合;同时,倡导分类实践教学,深化实践教学理论,明确分类实践教学的教学内容和标准、教学方法及考评方式等。
After more than 10 years exploration, the medical jurisprudence of domestic medical colleges and composite and practical talents cultivation target in the universities has been approved. In order to deepen the practice teaching theory and develop medical jurisprudence, it is necessary to explore the professional practice teaching of medical jurisprudence, categorizing practice teaching methods, and factors influencing categorizing practice teaching effect. Guided by talents cultivation target in the medical jurisprudenCe , this paper explores the path of professional practical skill training, the change of traditional teaching pattern of classroom theory teaching orientation, and the realization of organic combination of a variety of teaching methods including tutorial system; and advocates categorizing practice teaching, deepening the theory of practice teaching, and making teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation standards of categorizing practice teaching clear.
