论医疗费用合理性的法医临床学鉴定

On the Forensic Clinical Identification of the Rationality of Medical Expenses

医疗费用是医疗行为的体现。医疗费用合理性鉴定实质是对医疗行为进行合理性鉴定。本文首先介绍医疗费用合理性鉴定的必要性,然后提出合理性鉴定的基本依据,最后提出要依照有关法规、技术规范与诊疗指南,从审查医疗行为的针对性、合法性、适度性入手审核医疗费用的合理性。

Medical expense is the embodiment of medical behaviors, and the essence of its rationality identification is actually the identification of medical behaviors. In this paper, the author firstly introduces the necessity of forensic clinical identification of the rationality of medical expense, then puts forward the basic basis for rationality identification, and finally suggests that we should review the rationality of medical expenses from the perspective of the pertinence, legality, and appropriateness of medical behaviors in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, technical specifications, and diagnosis and treatment guidelines
