基于Morph功能的改款车模态刚度分析

摘要 基于ANSA中的Morph功能,在某改款车型的概念设计阶段,对标杆车的有限元模型进行快速的结构调整,通过仿真手段,对改款车的模态刚度进行分析;然后,对原型车白车身结构进行模态实验,获取其模态频率及对应振型,进而与改款车进行对比,提前对改款车结构的合理性做出评价。 Based on the Morph function of ANSA software, the structure of the finite element model of benchmark vehicle in fleetly is adjusted during the concept design stage of some amendable models, and modal stiffness of amendable vehicles is analyzed by simulation, then Modal experiment of BIW (body in white ) structure of original models is conducted, the model frequency and the corresponding vibration type can be obtained, which is contrasted with the redesigned vehicle, therefore the reasonableness of the structure adjustment is evaluated in advance.
