德国在职业教育发展中，大力推行集团化办学，“双元制”、跨企业培训中心和技术转移中心等主要的职业教育集团化办学模式，是德国职业教育成功的保证。通过分析这些成功的职业教育集团化办学模式，借鉴其成功的经验，促进我国职业教育集团化办学的发展。

In the development of German vocational education, the guarantee to the German vocational edu- cation is to push the model of group vocational education, such as the dual education mode, the enterprise training center and technology transfer center etc. Through the analysis of the successful model of the group vocational education, and learning the successful experience , we can develop our model of group vocational education.
