高职院校德育工作者和教育工作者在新形势下仍应紧密协作、矢志不渝、努力探索，加强学生的德育工作。本文主要从高职教师角度谈如何真正做到既教书又育人，做好学生的德育教育。

The morality teachers and educators in high vocational school should work hard together coordinately, hard and continuously to explore, strengthen the morality teaching towards the students under the new situation. From the point of view of a teacher in high vocational college, how to educate and teach the students, and do the work of the morality teaching in high vocational college is discussed in this thesis.
