Protectionand Heritage of Folk Culture in New Rural Cultural Construction

针对民间传统文化生存环境日益恶化,保护不力,流失现象严重和传承出现断层的现状,应采取制定和完善保护农村民间传统文化的法律制度,政府应加大扶持力度,提高民间艺人待遇,出台培养民间文化人才的措施,以加强对民间文化的保护和传承。

The folk culture is facing a crisis of survival. It displays as follow： the living environment of the folk traditional culture is deteriorating, the protection in folk culture is ineffective, the loss in folk culture is serious and heritage appears disruption. Faced with this situation, the following measures should be taken to strengthen the protection and heritage of folk culture： developing and improving the legal system to protect rural folk traditional culture; the government should increase effort to support the folk culture; and improving the treatment of the folk artists and cultivating talent in folk culture.
