摘要
通过对立式冲击破碎机工作系统的调查与理论分析,根据所建立受力与分析模型,首次得到了立式冲击破碎机所需驱动功率的计算方法,并结合电机拖动原理给出了立式冲击破碎机电机的选择方法。经与现有工业服役机型的比较,结果表明本文所建立的方法具有较高的精度和使用价值。
By investigating and theoretically analyzing the working system, the calculating method of power requirement of vertical impact crushere is obtained for the first time on the basis of the stress and analysis model. Motor selection of vertical impact crushers is given according to the driving principle of the motor as well. By comparison to those of the equipment in service, the result shows that the method established in this paper provides a high accuracy and use value.
