针对水口山铅锌矿选矿厂碎矿设备存在易损件寿命太低、维修更换消耗太高的问题，进行了原因分析，并提出了设备改进措施。

It exusts in the crushing equipment of Shui Kou Shan Lead-Zinc Concentrator that the wearing parts have a short service life and high consumption in maintenance and part replacemnt. In view of the problem above, this paper makes analsis of the cause and puts forward the improving measures.
