Development and Research on the New Kind of "Non-Zero" Transmission Spiral Bevel Gear CAD System

讨论了锥齿轮CAD开发的办法与原则，介绍介在AutoCAD2000平台上，用objectARX2000开发工具开发的“非零”传动螺旋锥齿轮CAD系统。利用面向对象技术开发的这一系统，借助于优化设计，在螺旋锥齿轮工程数据库支持下，可帮助设计人员快速完成螺旋锥齿轮的设计、校核、出图和加工前的准备工作。大大缩短了设计加工周期，提高了生产率。

This paper discusses some methods and principle of developing a bevel gear CAD system and introduces a new kind of 'Non-zero transmission spiral bevel gear CAD system developed by the AutoCAD2000 platform and development tool,objectARX2000. With the optimal technology and the engineering database of spiral bevel gear, the system is very helpful for the designer to shorten the time of designing, checking, drawing and other preparations before manufacturing, thus improving the designing and productive cycle considerably.
