唐山市人群结核分枝杆菌基因型分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的初步探讨唐山市结核分枝杆菌基因型特征。方法选取结核分枝杆菌基因组中的10个数目可变串联重复序列(variable number of tandem repeats,VNTRs)位点,利用聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)、琼脂糖凝胶电泳技术和BioNumerics(Version 3.0)软件,对从2012年唐山市结核病医院确诊的肺结核患者痰液中分离培养获得的结核分枝杆菌进行基因分型。结果 125株结核分枝杆菌具有明显的多态性,共分成5个不同的基因群,最大的一个群包含87株,占69.6%,其他型别呈散在分布。结论唐山市结核分枝杆菌的基因型具有明显的多态性,且具有成簇性分布的特点。 Objective To explore the genotype characteristics of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Tangshan.Methods Ten VNTRs locus in the genome of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were selected for genotyping the separation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis obtained from the sputum of TB hospital patient diagnosed by Tangshan TB Hospital in 2012 by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and agarose gel electrophoresis and BioNumerics(Version 3.0) software.Results The 125 strains of M.tuberculosis showed obvious polymorphism.All strains could be classified into 5 different genotypes and the biggest type contained 87 plants(69.6%),the others were scattered in distributions.Conclusions The genotypes display an obvious polymorphism of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Tangshan.
