结合海河大桥承台施工实例,介绍承台大体积混凝土浇筑施工方案,包括热工计算,浇筑工艺设计,温度控制方案,及温控检测实施等。从浇筑完成体积为2492 m3的38#、36#承台看,施工方案正确、合理,施工质量良好。
combining the construction of Haihe River Bridge Instance, introduce construction scheme of mass concrete pouring,including thermal calculation,casting process design,temperature control and temperature detection scheme, implementation etc. according to the pouring completed volume is 2492m3 38#,36# cap,the construction scheme was correct,reasonable and the quality of construction was good.
