基于TPM的设备管理系统研究

本文分析了传统设备管理系统的不足,并基于全员设备管理(TPM)理念,结合本公司的实际情况给出设备管理系统的开发方案,建立了一套信息采集、管理、集成的模型,以最大限度提供生产效率为目标,设计了系统软件功能结构,并给出了系统特征。

In this paper,we analyzes the deficiencies of the traditional equipment management system,lt is based on the concept of Total Productive Management （TPM） and combined with the actual situation of the Company given the equipment management system development program.We give a model of the establishment of a set of information collection,management,integrated model to provide maximum production efficiency. So we process a functional configuration of the design of the system software and give the system characterize.
