摘要
为了预测大型水电-混流式机组上冠铸件铸造缺陷并提出相应的解决措施,本文通过对上冠铸件的铸造工艺性进行分析,利用Magma铸造数值模拟软件,完成该铸件的应力和变形分析,并对实际铸造工艺方案的流动速度场和压力分布进行了计算和结果分析,通过分析数值模拟计算结果预测铸造缺陷,同时根据实际生产情况,提出解决铸造缺陷的措施。
In order to predict large-scale hydropower - Francis crown casting defects on the unit and propose appropriate measures,the casting process, the stress and deformation of castings were analyzed using Magma casting simulation software.The actual casting process flow velocity and pressure distributions are calculated and analyzed.By analyzing the numerical simulation results, the casting defects may be predicted, and according to the actual production situation, the measures to solve the casting defects were put forward.
