摘要
电磁感应加热利用在高频磁场作用下产生的感应电流引起导体自身发热而进行加热,与气体燃烧加热或者通电加热相比,具有显著节能、非接触、速度快、效率高、工序简单、容易实现自动化等优点。在铸钢焊接过程中使用电磁感应加热实现预热、热处理对提高工作效率和产品质量以及能源节约非常有利。本文旨在探讨电磁感应加热原理、设备及其在铸钢焊接中的推广应用。
Electromagnetic induction heating has advantages of energy-saving, non-contact, high speed, high efficiency, simple process and easy to automation,etc.compared with gas combustion heating and ohmic heating.In casting steel welding process, it is advantageous to increase work efficiency, improve product quality and save energy using electromagnetic induction heating in preheating and heat treatment.
