SSR标记在杂交旱稻新组合纯度鉴定中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 通过筛选分布于水稻12条染色体上的600个SSR标记进行多态性分析。用吐温法快速提取DNA,利用RM3、RM304和RM475等标记鉴别参与研究的21个杂交旱稻新稻组合及其17个亲本,对杂交稻种子的纯度进行了鉴定;结果表明,新1A/旱恢3号和603A/旱恢25号这两个旱稻新组合的纯度是98.9%,纯度最好;11A/旱恢29号的纯度是87.5%,纯度最差;其它杂交旱稻新组合纯度多在95%左右。 600 SSR primers distributed in 12 rice chromosomes were used to analyse their complementary pattern in this study.The purity of hybrid rice seeds was identified through identifying twenty-one new combinations of hybrid upland rice and their seventeen parents and by using the Tween method to extract DNA and utilizing the molecular marks such as RM 3,RM 304 and RM 475.The results were as follows:the purity of new 1A/hanhui 3 and 603A/hanhui 25 was 98.9%,so their purity was the best;meanwhile the purity of 11A/hanhui 29 was 87.5%,its purity was the worst among all the combinations;and the purity of other combinations was about 95%.
