摘要 目的:探讨通过应用生物膜线性材料悬吊提升面部,恢复面部年轻化的方法。方法:采用生物膜线性材料在面部进行收紧提升,共治疗68例面部软组织松弛的患者。术前、术后对患者的鼻唇沟形态进行评估,并记录术后患者愈合情况,有无并发症,患者满意度。结果:术后进行常规随访,平均随访时间为1年,最好的术后效果出现在术后6个月。所有患者术后的并发症都是轻微的、暂时性,包括颞区疼痛,皮下牵拉,面部不对称等;未见有血肿、感染和神经损伤。结论:利用生物膜线性材料进行面部提升术创伤小,恢复快,无瘢痕遗留,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore a new method to achieve the goal of face lifting using biofilm linear material. Methods We treated 68 patients with face-aging and nasolabl folding using biofilm linear material.Before surgery we assessed the morphology of the nasolabl foldingand recorded the postoperative healing,complications,satisfaction. Results 68 surgical procedures with a mean followup time of one vear were studied.The best satisfaction in oostooeration 6 months. All the complications experienced by 68 patients were minor and temporary including temporal area pain, visible dermal pinching and asymmetry.There were no infections, hematoma and nerve injury. Conclusion The method provided a long-lasting, natural aesthetic result with few complications, minimal downtime and no scar left,and had a high level of satisfaction among patients and surgeons.It wound be congsiderd for clinal.
