颌间牵引钉在髁突囊内骨折保守治疗中的应用

Intermaxillary Fixation Screw in the Conservative Treatment of the Condylar Intracapsular Fracture

目的:评价颌间牵引钉在治疗髁突囊内骨折中的应用价值。方法:以颌间牵引钉颌间牵引固定,治疗18例髁突囊内骨折患者。结果:18例患者均恢复良好的外形和功能,骨质愈合好,效果满意。结论:颌间牵引钉治疗髁突囊内骨折为一种安全有效、简便易行的治疗手段。

Objective： To evaluate the application value of intermaxillary fixation screw in the conservative treatment of condylar intraeapsular fracture. Methods： Eighteen cases of condylar intracapsular fracture of mandible have been treated with intermaxillary fixation screw from Oct 2008 to Mar 2011. The symmetry of facial contour, width of mouth opening, occlusion relationship, and fracture healing were evaluated by clinical and radiographic examinations in the follow-up period. Results： Satisfactory facial appearance and normal occlusion relation were achieved in all the cases. The average width of mouth opening was 35 ram. The panoramic radiograph showed the healing of fracture fragment with remodeling. Conclusion： Intermaxillary fixation screw is a safe and effective treatment for the condylar intraeapsular fracture.
