摘要 目的:探讨Logistic回归分析在超声造影多参数诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌的应用价值。方法:以手术病理结果为金标准,对术前行超声造影检查的35例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者及63例乳腺良性肿块患者进行Logistic回归分析,筛选出与乳腺浸润性导管癌相关度较高的造影参数,并建立Logistic回归方程。结果:Logistic回归分析显示最后进入模型的5个参数分别为造影剂增强速度、增强不均匀、造影剂渡越时间、造影剂消退速度、肿块增强程度,与乳腺浸润性导管癌有较高相关性(P<0.05)。结论:超声造影多参数Logistic回归分析对诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌有重要价值。 Purpose: To investigate the application value of logistic regression analysis in diagnosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma by contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS), Methods: Thirty-five patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 63 with breast benign tumor, which were confirmed by pathological results, were enrolled in our study. They were undergone contrast-enhanced ultrasound before surgery, and the results were analyzed by logistic regression. Logistic model were made upon the CEUS parameters had high relativity with breast invasive ductal carcinoma which were got through the screening test. Results: The logistic regression analysis demonstrated that 5 parameters were enrolled in the logistic equation: inlet velocity of contrast medium, filling defect, residence time of contrast medium, quit velocity of contrast medium, enhancement degree of lesions. These five factors had a higher correlation with breast invasive ductal carcinoma than the rest (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Multiple parameters of CEUS have important value in diagnosing breast invasive ductal carcinoma.
