^(18)F-FDG PET/CT在子宫内膜癌诊断和随访中的临床价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)正电子发射断层显像术(PET)/计算机体层摄影术(CT)在子宫内膜癌诊断和随访中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析子宫内膜癌患者53例,30例初诊疑似子宫内膜癌的患者行18F-FDG PET/CT检查用于诊断分期和术前评估,23例既往接受过手术、化疗和(或)放疗的子宫内膜癌患者检查用于随访监测有无肿瘤复发或转移。结果:18F-FDG PET/CT诊断初诊组子宫内膜癌的敏感度、特异度和准确度分别为92.6%、33.3%和86.7%;诊断随访监测组的敏感度、特异度和准确度分别为100%、92.3%和95.7%。结论:18F-FDG PET/CT用于子宫内膜癌诊断及随访具有较高的敏感度和特异度,有助于进行准确的临床分期,并及时发现肿瘤的复发、残余和远处转移。 Purpose: To evaluate the clinical value of ^18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) positronemtsston tomography (PET)/CT in diagnosing and postoperative monitoring endometrial cancer. Methods: A retrospective review was performed in 53 patients with endometrial cancer. The preliminary diagnosing group underwent PET/CT for diagnosis and staging, and the postoperative monitoring group underwent PET/ CT for monitoring recurrence or metastasis after chemoradiotherapy or operation. Results: For preliminary diagnosing and staging of the endometrial cancer, the sensitivity, specificity and the accuracy of PET/ CT were 92.6%, 33.3% and 86.7%, respectively; In the postoperative monitoring group, the sensitivity, specificity and the accuracy of PET/CT in detecting metastasis were 100%, 92.3% and 95.7%, respectively. Conclusion:^18F-FDG PET/CT imaging can increase the accuracy of diagnosis and postoperative surveillance of endometrial cancer, and it is useful for making more reasonable treatment plans and postoperative monitoring procedures.
