摘要
针对目前起重机小车频繁工作导致桥式起重机轨道接缝开裂现象展开了分析,详细阐述了接缝开裂的原因,对接缝处应力和变形进行计算。结合有限元软件,验证和优化了DIN 536的A型轨道接缝应力情况,对目前的开裂现象提出了切实可行的解决方法。
The open joints of trolley tracks in bridge cranes are analyzed, the reasons of the crackings are elaborated in detail, the stresses and deformations of joints are calculated. Using finite element program, the stress condition on H-shaped tracks＂ joints of DIN 536 is validated and optimized. Some practical solutions for current open joints are provided in this article.
