摘要
数控对中系统采用工业计算机和可编程控制器ADAM5510组成控制网络,通过控制油缸顶举运动和小车的行走运动,实现立体分段位姿调整和高精度对中。此系统能够对特大型船舶总段进行快速精确的姿态调整与合拢,缩短建造周期,提高经济效益。该系统操作安全、推力大、对中精度高、工作稳定可靠。
To decrease the ship building period is the first consideration for every shipbuilder. This article introduces a technology of numerical control aligning system in assembling subsections of large ships. The control network is composed of IPC and PLC ADAM5510. By controlling the jack-up of hydro-cylinders and movements of dollys, the stereo position adjustment of subsections and high-accuracy aligning can be achieved. With the nu- merical control aligning system, shipbuilders can decrease the building period and increase the economic effectiveness. The system is safe, big thrust, high-accuracy and reliable in perform- ance.
