摘要
结合我国武器装备采购管理体制的现状,分析了装备技术审查和审价工作面临的主要问题,并提出了相应对策。通过对装备价格管理工作的进一步完善,实现军费效能的最优化和高技术企业利益最大化的双赢局面。
The current situation of technical examination and price audit in equipment procurement is reviewed, and problems faced are analyzed. The countermeasures are suggested. The improvement of technical examination and price audit is expected to optimize the investment effectiveness.
