世界优秀女子跨栏运动员60米栏技术动作分析

The Technical Action Analysis on the World Oustanding Women’s Hurdler’s 60 m Hurdles

运用文献资料法、数理统计法和特征分析法,对2010年多哈世界室内田径锦标赛女子60米栏决赛前8名选手全程时间特征进行研究。结果表明:运动员的临场发挥水平和速度利用率是其取得优异运动成绩的保证,栏间节奏的稳定性和最高栏间速度的出现是关键;在分栏时间、分栏速度和过栏时间上每个运动员表现出不同的技术特点。

By using the methods of literature data, mathematical statistics and feature analysis, this paper analyzes the full time character of first 8 contestants in 2010 Doha world indoor championships woman 60 hurdles. The result shows that the athletes＇ performance and speed utilization rate are the guarantee of excellent athletic performance. The stability of the rhythm between hurdles and the maximum speed is the key. Every athlete displays different technical characteristics in split time, split speed and hurdle clearance.
