摘要 反向平衡法兰作为一种新型大直径钢管结构连接节点,近年来在高耸结构领域得以推广应用。通过有限元方法对反向平衡法兰进行了疲劳热点应力分析。确定了反向平衡法兰疲劳评估的关键位置以及合适的热点应力外推方法,详细比较了单元类型、网格划分精度对热点应力集中系数计算结果的影响,并提出推荐的有限元建模方式。最后分析了热点应力集中系数随不同几何参数的变化情况。 As a new-type connection for large diameter steel tubes, the reverse balanced flange has been widely used in high-rising structures in recent years. The finite element method was used to study structural hot spot stress of reverse balanced flanges. Critical points for fatigue assessment and the proper extrapolation method were determined. Different element types and meshing patterns were employed to determine their influ-ence on stress concentration factors (SFC) , and an effective finite element modeling method was proposed based on research results. Finally, the influence of some geometric parameters on SCF was discussed.
