锈蚀预应力混凝土梁开裂荷载与刚度计算 被引量:2

Calculation Methods of Cracking Load and Bending Stiffness for Corroded Prestressed Concrete Beams

摘要 参照我国现行《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)中适用于预应力混凝土梁的开裂荷载计算公式,引入考虑锈蚀的参数变量来计算锈蚀预应力混凝土梁的开裂弯矩值;以我国现行《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)和《无粘结预应力混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 92—2004)中的公式为框架,假定锈蚀预应力混凝土梁开裂后的短期刚度降低系数在锈蚀有粘结预应力混凝土刚度降低系数与锈蚀无粘结预应力混凝土梁刚度降低系数之间随预应力筋锈蚀率线性变化,提出锈蚀预应力混凝土梁短期刚度计算方法。按建立的锈蚀预应力混凝土梁开裂荷载及短期刚度计算方法得出的计算结果与试验结果总体上符合良好。 Based on current design codes in China, a calculation formula for cracking loads of corroded post-tensioned PC beams was proposed by taking into account the influence of corrosion on the effective prestress. For short-term stiffness, the moment-curvature relationship curve of a beam was assumed to be bilinear. The stiffness decreasing coefficient after cracking of the corroded PC beam was assumed to change linearly between the value of the stiffness decreasing coefficient for the corroded bonded PC beam and the value of the stiffness decreasing coefficient for the corroded unbonded PC beam with the development prestressing tendon corrosion. It was found that the calculation results have good match with the test results.
