摘要
路面面层基层的结构拼接技术是许多高速公路大修阶段的重点,结合嘉浏高速公路的路面大修工程,总结了路面拼接技术的施工工艺和要点,经对比分析发现基层界面拼接应用效果水泥砂浆好于界面剂。竣工通车5年后,通过FWD检测和长期路面状况观察对拼接效果进行了后评价,为今后同类工程参考。
The pavement-splicing is commonly the key technology in expressway rehabilitation.This paper summaries the base layer splicing structure and construction technology in Jialiu Expressway rehabilitation project.By application effect comparison the cement mortar is validated more effectively than interfacial adhesive agent to bond the old and new interfaces..After 5 years traffic,the splicing section was post-evaluated by FWD testing and long-term performance survey,which can be referred to similar project.
