为改善上海道路设施日常养护管理,通过深入一线的广泛调研,分析了上海市道路养护管理的现状及存在的问题,结合日常养护管理经验,对养护市场化改革、构建诚信考核机制、推广养护监理制度、加强民工管理提出了合理化建议。

Through extensive front-line survey and research,the article analyses the present situation and existing problems in Shanghai road maintenance area.Based on the experiences of daily management,the article discusses the marketing reform,construction of credit evaluation system,generalizing of supervision system,and the promotion of labor management.At the end,the article puts forward suggestions for the improvement of road daily maintenance management.
